The crowd was very intent on the performance, it was good to see. I could
tell that there were some hearing them for the first time who were really
impressed.

Random notes...

Karin told us that, in the trailer, there were a lot of cases stacked up on
top of an unstable wobbly one, and that's how they fell over and caught
Linford's finger. She was really thankful that he didn't get hit in the head
or anything...it could've been a lot worse. She also said that it was a good
thing she wasn't there when it happened, or she would've jumped in and
probably gotten herself killed!

This was the first time I'd heard the story of Lucy. She's a girl in England
who L&K know and, at 17, she was going to get married. They were even going
to play at her wedding! Well, it didn't work out...she was heartbroken...and
Karin wrote this song for her. Linford quipped that he wished Karin would
write a song for *him* everytime he got *his* heart broken, and Karin replied
something to the effect of her wanting to prevent him ever having his heart
broken (I couldn't quite hear exactly what she said...did anyone else hear
it?). Anyway, it was very sweet and everyone went "Awww". ;)

Before Poughkeepsie, Todd happened to walk by and Karin told everyone to ask
him about Toledo (I think that's right). It seems that Toledo is a little
invisible dachund (sp?) who travels with him. :) Karin said that Jimmy
Stewart had Harvey, Todd has Toledo!
